For its lunch menu, Hotel Varmahlíð Restaurant combines modern Nordic cuisine with the wild essence of Icelandic nature. Being part of the “Skagafjordur Food Chest“, our motto is to use, first and foremost, ingredients provided by local farmers and fishermen – following seasonal availability.
At lunch, you can enjoy a relaxing meal choosing among fish, meat, and light courses. We recommend as well our delicious Soup of the day and not-to-be-missed Skyr cake!
Please note that our lunch menu is valid for groups of ten persons or more and has to be ordered one day in advance.
A picnic basket can also be prepared upon request for travellers on the go.
