Ownership and staff

Hotel Varmahlíð is owned and managed by Svanhildur Pálsdóttir and her family. They bought the hotel in 2006 and have gradually been changing, improving and altering it according to their ideas.

Since the staff live in the neighbourhood, Hotel Varmahlíð is an important employer for the area.
